Ingredients
2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1 Tbsp. oil, divided
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips, divided
7 carrots (1/2 lb.), shredded
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 KRAFT Singles, chopped
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
MEANWHILE, heat 1 tsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add half the chicken; cook and stir 2 min. or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining chicken and 1 tsp. of the remaining oil. Add remaining oil, carrots, onions and garlic to skillet; cook and stir 3 min. Return chicken to skillet; cook 2 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
DRAIN pasta, reserving 1-1/4 cups of the cooking water. Return pasta to pan. Stir in reserved water and Singles; cook and stir 1 min. or until Singles are completely melted. Add chicken mixture; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through. Top with Parmesan and parsley.

3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
MEANWHILE, cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Add next 5 ingredients; mix well. Cook 3 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl. Add sauce; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

1 pound dried penne
2 chicken cutlets, cut into fingers
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
2 lemons, juiced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Directions
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, until al dente. Drain well.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a large grill pan over medium high and add chicken. Grill until golden and completely cooked. Remove to a plate and slice.
Add the garlic and red pepper flakes to a saute pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and saute until fragrant. Add the cooked pasta and turn heat off. Mix all together.
Remove pasta to a large bowl. Add chicken to the warm pasta and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle in chopped parsley. Add the juice of 2 lemons and mix. Before serving top with Parmesan.
